They seem on the up and up. Make sure to think through the deal before giving $$$.

1) They recommend that you sell 70% of the product that you buy. In other words, the first three people that you sell on the program aren’t going to distribute under you. They’re going to be only buying from you.

2) Think about the commission rates, and how that affects the price of the product. You get a 35% discount, but also included in the price is 4% for the person who sponsored you, 8% for the District manager, 8% for the Exec DM, 6% for the Area Manager, 6% for the Exec Manager DM, 3% for the VP, 3% for the Executive VP. That means that 75% of the price goes to paying people. And that 75% doesn’t count the Executive bonuses, which could be a bigger markup.

That means that your products are more expensive than average, or lower quality than average.

Also note that the success rate of keeping a recruit for over a year in MLM runs 10% at best. So you will need to recruit 100 people to keep no more than 10. It’s possible, but not easy.

BioTech @ 2:39 am

I am in the MLM business and I am against any company that requires their associates to have a minimum sale or keep inventory. That just does not make sense to me.

I’ve been with the company I am with for 7 months and there is no sales quota or inventory to keep, matter of fact there is no product because we are a service based company with a sole-proprietary technology that no other company in the world has. It is also nice to be involved in the largest industry in the World with 6 Trillion dollars spent annually.

I am with the Bio… any company that bases your pay scale on sales or purchasing quota’s is hard to succeed in. Especially if there is a monthly purchasing quota because then YOU have to buy so much product each month. This costs you money.

It is good that you are looking at other opportunities to get ahead. Some info to keep in mind is highlighted in my “Honest Opportunity” blog on yahoo360 that you may find helpful.

Anything can make you successful if you work it hard enough and are dedicated. But some make it easier than others…
I wish you the best of luck
